Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are delivered within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Orchard Home ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. All Orchard Home wooden furniture is crafted using FSC-certified timber and finished with low-VOC, eco-friendly stains.
